How to return or exchange items on Zapcare

Please directly contact the pharmacy you fulfilled your order with if you are needing to return or exchange an item. Each pharmacy on Zapcare manage their own orders, which includes cancellations, refunds, and returns.

These stores are not obliged to accept returns, exchanges, or provide a refund unless stated in their store policies. Please see store policies under the ‘About’ tab of the profile of your chosen pharmacy. We encourage you to read these prior to your purchase.

If the pharmacy you purchased your items from accepts returns, ensure you read their policies related to returns and shipping, and include the following details in your request to them:

  • Your reason for return and condition of the item/s
  • Delivery method and address of where to receive the return
  • Confirm responsibility for shipping costs

When to reach out to Zapcare

Please contact our customer support team if the following applies to you:

  • You did not receive your order
  • You did not receive the correct order, or your item/s did not fit their product descriptions
  • You have not received a response from the pharmacy for a refund request for 2 days or more
